Yes, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of performing services with high quality. You can either own a registered business for the specific activity or be an enthusiastic individual committed to delivering quality work. Additionally, our legal team will conduct a security check and assessment before we proceed with the cooperation.
We typically process your application within 5 business days from the submission date. It’s important that you’re available via contact phone so we can reach you.

After you provide the service, the customer will be charged the total amount via the payment card based on your hourly rate, duration of work and additional costs. Regardless of whether the work is done in 1 minute or 59 minutes, the service will be charged in the amount of one working hour set by Moster. After that, each subsequent hour is divided into quarters, that is, 15 minutes. The amount earned per defined billing period will be paid to Moster.
At MostApp, customer experience and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our support team is always available to assist if anything doesn’t go as planned. If a user offers to pay you outside the application, kindly thank them and inform our support team after completing the task.
Please note that if you choose to accept payment outside the app, our company will not guarantee the performance of the contracted work. Additionally, this could jeopardize your business relationship with us, and you may lose access to and use of the MostApp application in the future.
You can choose the categories where you want to provide services based on the skills you have. For some categories, prior experience isn’t required, while for others, experience may be necessary.
After registering as a service provider, you'll need to set up your availability, service area, hourly rate, and any relevant experience or background information. This allows users to review your profile and book your services based on the information you provide.
You can cancel a scheduled service without penalty up to 2 hours before it starts. If you cancel the service within 2 hours of the scheduled start time without a valid reason, a penalty will be charged. The penalty is equal to the price of one working hour for the defined category, plus a promo code worth 500.00 RSD, which will be given to the user to maintain a positive experience on the app.

A break caused by objective reasons on the part of Moster during the work, such as a lack of tools, missing parts, or unforeseen circumstances, is unpaid and will not be charged to the user for the duration of the task. If the task requires purchasing a specific part and the user agrees to the purchase, the break will be charged. Additionally, if the user has not provided complete and accurate information, requiring you to leave for a part or return at another time to complete the task, that break will also be charged.
It’s in our mutual interest to have reliable Mosters. While you may not be able to solve every problem, it’s important to make an effort to provide relevant information about your ability to address a particular issue as quickly as possible. Ensure your profile is properly updated, clearly indicating the services you offer and, just as importantly, which services you do not provide.Your response and acceptance percentages are key to maintaining a good reputation. The response percentage reflects the number of inquiries you’ve answered (either positively or negatively) within 2 hours, and it should not fall below 85%. The acceptance percentage is the proportion of inquiries you’ve accepted, and it should be at least 75%.
If your percentages fall below these thresholds, your overall rating, visible to users, may decrease. If your profile clearly states that you do not provide a certain service, and a request comes in for that service, you should contact the user and kindly ask them to cancel the service for you.
No, it’s not. We ask that you provide the most accurate time estimate possible, but sometimes factors like the work environment, the situation on-site, or the unpredictability of the task itself can cause the service to take either less or more time than originally estimated.
