After Moster provides the service, you will be charged the total amount via your payment card, based on the price of Moster’s hourly rate, the duration of the work, and any additional costs. Regardless of whether the work takes 1 minute or 59 minutes, the service will be charged as one full working hour. Each subsequent hour is divided into 15-minute increments.
We understand that delays may happen, especially in busy cities. If Moster informs you in advance about the delay, it's up to you whether you choose to wait or contact customer support to request a new Moster. If Moster is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice or fails to respond to messages, please contact our customer support. We will arrange for a replacement Moster and ensure that any reserved funds are released as quickly as possible.
You can cancel the scheduled service up to 2 hours before the start of the intervention without incurring any charges. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, your account will be charged for one full working hour of Moster’s time.
We are all aware of the crowds in big cities, so delays are sometimes inevitable. If Moster informs you in good time about the justified reasons for the delay, it is up to you to decide whether you want to wait for Moster or to contact customer support and request a new Moster.
